Sid Klemm is an Associate with a broad background in commercial real estate matters, including retail and office leasing, development agreements, and related real estate transactions.  He has extensive experience negotiating complex lease agreements and related documents on behalf of property owners and operators.  Mr. Klemm’s experience includes the representation of large telecommunications companies regarding the drafting and negotiation of telecom antenna installation leases.  He has also represented both condominium associations, as well as property management companies.  Mr. Klemm regularly counsels clients on legal strategy, risk management, and operational considerations related to real estate assets.  Currently, he focuses his practice on representing landlords in connection with commercial leasing, development, and asset management activities, working closely with clients to facilitate transactions and drive strategic initiatives.
