Donald P. Shea

Donald Shea is a partner in Marshall Brown’s real estate practice.  Mr. Shea has a diverse background in commercial and residential real estate and focuses his practice primarily on retail, industrial and office leasing, shopping center development and redevelopment.  Mr. Shea also has experience representing landlords and tenants in acquisitions and dispositions, property management and property accounting matters.  Prior to joining Daspin & Aument, Mr. Shea spent years representing a large Real Estate Investment Trust as an attorney and the head of the department responsible for managing the negotiation of office and retail leases and related agreements, and handling legal matters related to the property management and development of shopping centers and office properties.

More recently, Mr. Shea’s practice has concentrated on representing prominent landlords in the negotiation of retail, industrial or office leases, and with development activities for properties across the United States.

Mr. Shea received his B.A. in Psychology from Miami University (Ohio) in 2000 and his J.D. from DePaul University School of Law in 2004.
